On May 21, the IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group organized an event named “Women who inspire: trajectory, challenges, and successes.”. This event count with three women engineers of Electrical, Civil and Chemical Engineering, who presented briefly their personal and professional experiences.

In a second moment, the event consisted of a discussion between the speakers and the attendees, when the attendees could ask questions as well as sharing their personal experiences, after all, all of us inspire.

Objectives:

• Inspiring engineering students;
• Promoting women engineers;
• Promote a discussion about the difficulties and the prejudices against women;
