The IEEE PES Student Congress occurs every two years, the 3^rd edition was held in Brazil. The IEEE PES offers financial help to IEEE PES Student Chapters Chairs, the IEEE PES UFSM was represented by the elected chair, Konrad Erich Kork Schmitt. The event covered 31 countries, 99 PES student chapters and 53 IEEE sections.

Objectives:

1. Networking with different cultures and IEEE PES Student Chapters around the world;
2. Development of activities related with substantiality and energy, looking to more power to the future;
3. Entrepreneur and humanitarian activities competition.
